With formal training from The Appraisal Institute, McKissock, and the Nashville School of Law, along with her academic foundation in Integrative Studies, Applied Data Analytics, and Business Administration, she brings a well-rounded, data-driven approach to every assignment.
Corinne specializes in residential and commercial appraisals, including those for marriage dissolution, tax appeals, estate planning, and private sales. As a Limited License Appraiser with a strong analytical foundation, Lauren brings a unique blend of mathematical precision and real-world real estate expertise to every appraisal assignment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Eastern Michigan University. She has been a licensed real estate broker since 2015, giving her a deep understanding of both market behavior and valuation methodology.
Lauren’s passion for real estate began early; she purchased her first home at just 21, an experience that sparked a lasting commitment to the industry. With over a decade of hands-on real estate experience and a quantitative background, she prides herself on delivering accurate, objective, and trustworthy appraisals. Her approach emphasizes clarity, integrity, and sound analysis, providing clients with reliable valuations they can trust.
