What This Service Includes
We research recent sales in the subject's market and select the ones an appraiser would weigh most heavily, based on location, size, age, condition, design, and other features. You receive the selected sales with our selection criteria and notes on what makes each one comparable.
What It Is Not
Comp Selection is comparable sales data only. It does not include an opinion of value, a value range, adjustments, or a suggested list price, and it is not an appraisal. Please don't present the sales as an appraisal or as our opinion of value. If you need an opinion of value, we'll quote an appraisal.
