New to real estate? Spend an hour with a State Licensed Appraiser and learn how appraisers choose comparable sales, read market trends, and think about the features that matter. We tailor each session to where you are in your career.
One-on-One Coaching: $175 for 1 Hour
One-on-One Coaching (1 Hour)
We work through how to search for and narrow comparable sales, what makes a sale truly comparable, how to read market conditions, and how to talk with sellers about the data. Bring a past listing or a practice property and we'll walk through it together, in person at the downtown Grand Rapids Public Library, a coffee shop near downtown, or your home or office. Sessions are prepaid when you book, and we schedule within one business day of payment.
Casual Coaching at Your Brokerage
We also come to your office: a casual Q&A at your sales meeting on appraisals, comps, and preparing sellers.
What It Is Not
Coaching is education only. We don't appraise, value, or price a specific property during a session, and nothing we cover is an appraisal or an opinion of value. When you need an opinion of value, we'll quote an appraisal.
