Access to Licensed Professionals
We believe everyone who needs an appraisal should have access to licensed professionals. That's why we offer payment plans for our appraisal services.
Our Most Common Plan
50% at the Time of Inspection, 50% at Report Completion
Half of the fee is paid when we inspect the property; the balance is due when your report is complete.
Individual Payment Plans
Alternate payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis. If you are in need of an individual payment plan, please submit an inquiry and check the box “Contact Me to Discuss Payment Plan Options” to receive a call from our office.
Pro Bono Testimony for Marriage Dissolution
In cases of marriage dissolution, if your attorney is representing you pro bono, we offer pro bono testimony with a paid appraisal.
When Payment Is Due
If you approve your quote and move forward, payment for appraisals is due at or prior to the inspection unless a payment plan has been arranged.
